2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom prescription lenses or frames
  • Contact lenses that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for the same item if it is defective or damaged. In case of stock unavailability, a refund will be offered.

6. Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
