We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. International shipping is currently not available.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery usually takes:
- 3 to 5 working days for major cities
- 5 to 7 working days for remote or rural areas
4. Shipping Charges
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 (Flat rate)
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5000
5. Courier Partners
We ship orders through trusted courier services such as Leopard Courier, TCS, and Call Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders within Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the delivery address.
8. Order Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
9. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Imran Opticals is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
